Prior to dispatch, each product is subjected to an extensive Quality Inspection Process to ensure adherence to our high standards.
We advise customers to verify their measurements carefully before making a purchase due to the variance in sizing standards across different items. For products lacking a specific size chart, customers are encouraged to engage with our online support team by clicking on the "Chat" function.
In the event of receiving an item that is defective, damaged, incorrectly sized, or not the product ordered, we implore you to contact us without delay. We pledge to offer solutions within 1 working day. It is important to note that returns or exchanges will not be facilitated without justification for the aforementioned conditions.
Returns must be sent back to us for processing. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will initiate the resolution process within 5 business days and proceed with a refund within the subsequent 10 working days. Please be informed that shipping fees are non-refundable as they constitute the cost for each delivery service utilized. Our warranty period extends for 15 days post-purchase, beyond which, our services will not be available.
Conditions for Return
For hygiene reasons, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories cannot be refunded or returned.
All custom items are made based on your specific measurements and requirements, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
All prom dresses,wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are thoughtfully made by hand and involve high production costs, thus they're final sale and can’t be returned or refunded. (If you notice small issues like loose threads or minor stitching problems, please reach out to our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.).
Before shipping your return, please inform our customer service team of the reasons for the return.
Returned packages must be in good condition, with the products unworn and unused. We will not accept damaged, washed, or altered items.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Purchases made with coupons are not eligible for return or exchange. If you used a coupon along with another form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable.
Procedure for Returns
- Initiate contact with Customer Service, providing your Account Email Address, a detailed description of the issue, your request, and photographic evidence.
- Await order return confirmation.
- Dispatch the return package to the specified address, subsequently emailing us the tracking information.
- An automatic refund will be processed within 10 working days following the receipt and inspection of the return.
*We emphasize that return requests may not be approved unconditionally. Prior to submission, it is essential for customers to review our Refund and Return Policy, which delineates the conditions under which returns are accepted.

*Please note: At present, we are unable to provide a complimentary returns service. Consequently, customers are responsible for the return and exchange shipping fees. We recommend the use of a standard shipping service that offers tracking for the return.
Timeline for Compensation
For returned goods, we allocate 5 business days from the date of receipt to process the solution, with a refund following within 10 working days thereafter.
